Application direction: If you are still menstruating, then you count the day that you start menstruating as day 1 and count to day 14. On day 14 you apply the cream till the day that you start menstruating again, then put the cream away until day 14 again. If you have stopped menstruating, then you apply the cream every day for about 3 months and then take a break for a week.

Application details; apply a pea size amount on a thin skin, alternate position every 3 days, i.e., neck, inner arm, other arm, pulse and behind the legs. If any ‘moodiness’ or sleepiness occurs decrease the dose slightly. No other side effects. Always adjust for your use. Can be refrigerated but not frozen..
