• Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely via the Yoco payment portal. Yoco accepts major credit and debit cards. By using Yoco, you agree to its terms and conditions, which can be reviewed on the Yoco website.

• Payment Confirmation: Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email or receipt as proof of payment.

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated clearly.

• Security: Yoco ensures the security of your payment information with industry-standard encryption and fraud prevention measures. Happy Tree Light does not store your payment details.

 

Shipping and Delivery

• We will ship your products according to the chosen shipping method. Delivery times may vary based on your location and availability of stock.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.

Consulting Services

• Sessions: Sessions may be conducted over the phone, in person or on-line at mutually agreed times and locations during the consulting period.

• Duration of Sessions: Each session varies in duration pending service selected. Both parties are expected to be punctual.

• Session Times: Changes to session times require at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel more than three sessions during the agreed period, Happy Tree Light reserves the right to terminate this agreement. Sessions may be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.

• Engagement of Consultant: Your Consultant will provide coaching during the agreed period, making their best efforts to remain available for the duration of the agreement.

• Preparation for Sessions: Clients are expected to complete agreed-upon actions and prepare for future sessions. Failure to meet these obligations may result in the termination of this agreement.

 

Confidentiality

• Client Privacy: Your personal and confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent. Happy Tree Light and its representatives will take all reasonable measures to ensure your privacy and confidentiality.

• Confidentiality Agreement: All discussions, plans, and strategies shared during sessions will remain confidential unless written consent is provided by you.

• Resource Protection: You agree not to share, distribute, or reuse any resources or materials provided during the coaching process without prior written consent from Happy Tree Light.

 

Services and Scope

• Intended Audience: Our services are for healthy, well-functioning individuals and teams aiming to achieve personal and professional goals. If needs arise that go beyond the scope of consulting, appropriate recommendations will be provided.

Limitation of Liability

• Happy Tree Light is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of our products or services. Clients are solely responsible for their decisions and actions. We make every effort to ensure that our website and services are free from errors, but we are not liable for any disruptions, inaccuracies, or damages resulting from your use of our website or products.
